Where can HongKongFloristAssociation.com deliver the flowers?
Hong Kong Florist Association can deliver flowers nationwide and worldwide but over the internet we accept orders for delivery in Hong Kong only. We deliver even in the remotest areas including villages. For delivery in other countries we do not take orders on the site.
How can I make the payments?
You can pay using the Credit Card or Net Banking.
What kind of Credit cards can i use to buy flowers at Hong Kong Florist Association.com?

No There is no hidden cost involved all prices are inclusive of the delivery charges and local taxes.
When is my card charged ?
Your card is charged after the order is executed. When you place the Order your Credit Card is Blocked for the amount of Purchase and is charged only after the Order is Executed.
Is it necessary to divulge the credit card number on the internet?
Yes, in order to authenticate your card, we do require your credit card number. Don't worry, it's safe.
Can I send some message along with the Flowers?
Yes, you can send your personal message along with flowers by typing it in the Message box in the checkout form.
Can I order the flowers for the same day?
Yes, same day delivery is possible but only if the order is placed timely. Please contact us on Phone or Live Chat before placing the Order.
I have received your order confirmation email but not the payment confirmation email?
You can track your order by using the Site’s Order Tracking Feature. You can use this to track your Last 5 Orders placed with us.
How can I track my order?
Your order can be tracked through the order tracking section after your secure login. The status is updated several times a day, so the order status shown here is pretty current.
Can I send some message along with the Flowers?
Yes, you can send your personal message along with flowers. You will be asked to Enter the Message in the Billing and Shipping Info Page.
How do I know if Hong Kong Florist Association has received my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email when you place an order with Hong Kong Florist Association The confirmation email contains all your order information. Please note that this mail only confirms that we have received the Order but does not confirm the payment. After you make a Payment you will get a separate mail from orders@ccavenue.com.
Where can I enter special instructions?
You can enter special instructions on checkout form.
I want roses of a different color, how should I go?
You can do this by adding special instructions in the checkout form.
How long will the flowers last?
Different Flowers have different shelf life but again a lot depend on how care is taken of the flowers. Due to the perishable nature we can not give the Guarantee the life of the flowers.
How are the flowers delivered?
All the Fresh flowers are hand delivered by the local florist in the respective cities.
What is the delivery charges?
All the prices are inclusive of the delivery charges but there may be instances where the delivery may be beyond the range of our network. Please ask before hand if the delivery is possible in that area and the delivery charges what ever is actual will be charged and will be intimated to you before the order is executed.
Is the delivery possible on holidays?
Yes, you can specify the delivery time and we will take utmost care to have it delivered on the time requested by you but NO GUARENTEE will be taken for the time of delivery.
What if my order is not delivered on the desired day?
No questions asked. Full refund.
What if the recipient is not there at the delivery address?
In case the recipient is not present there in person to receive the flowers the bouquet will be handed over to any person who is ready to accept the flowers on behalf of the receiver. In case the premises are closed, the delivery will be given to the neighbors but only if they are willing to accept it. If they also refuse then the second attempt will be made only after Customer Agrees to Pay the extra delivery Charges.
Can the order be cancelled?
Yes, but only possible 24 hours before the delivery.
Can I change the order?
Yes, you can change the order item but not the value of the order. For that you will have to Contact Us
Why are there two prices for each item?
We have two prices for each product, namely Regular Price and Combo Price.
Regular Price:
Regular Price is applicable till the time there is only one item in your shopping cart.
Combo Price:
The moment there are more than one item in your shopping cart, automatically the site forms a combo of these two or more items as chosen by you (called Auto Combo). And then the price applicable on all items is combo price.
