1)The user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given hereunder and/or elsewhere in the site by using this site.
2) Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of seasonal flowers and other reasons beyond our control.
3) If ordered flowers / cake are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver available best quality flowers / cake of equal value.
4) In case of incomplete/incorrect address resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the perishable nature of the product and the infrastructure costs involved.
5) If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered and the item will be handed over to a relative/neighbor/colleague unless otherwise specified. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.
6) Refusal of item by the recipient is considered as a complete delivery. No refund will be possible
In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver / dispatch within 24 hours.
7) Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.
8) No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.
9) The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
10) We do guarantee the delivery on date BUT we don't guarantee the delivery on any particular time. We do try to deliver well within your mentioned time but we do not guarantee that. And normally we shall process the order for delivery as soon as possible ignoring your specific instruction to deliver at or before a particular time. No Refund Claims will be entertained on such grounds.
11) Respective Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product. You can lodge complaints on them through us, if the quality is not found up to the mark
